### Terms of Service for U-Call International

Welcome to U-Call International (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://ucallinternational.com/ (the "Site"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.
#### 1. Use of the Site
- **Eligibility**: You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.
- **Permitted Use**: The Site is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Site for any illegal purpose, to transmit malware, or to interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion.
- **Account Registration**: To make purchases, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
#### 2. Products and Orders
- **Product Descriptions**: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our fishing rods and gear (e.g., Eclipse Series and Midnight Series), but specifications may vary slightly. Images are for illustrative purposes only.
- **Ordering**: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock issues.
- **Pricing and Payment**: Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, shipping, or duties, which you are responsible for. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. You authorize us to charge your payment method upon order confirmation.
#### 3. Shipping and Delivery
- Orders ship from our facilities in the United States. Standard shipping times are 3–7 business days within the US; international shipping may take longer and incur additional fees.
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays due to carriers or customs.
#### 4. Returns and Refunds
- **Return Policy**: You may return unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Defective products may be returned within 60 days for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
- **Process**: Contact us at caden@u-callinternational.com or (208) 704-0125 to initiate a return. We do not accept returns on customized or used items.
- **Refunds**: Processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
#### 5. Intellectual Property
- The Site and its content (including product images, descriptions, and trademarks like "U-Call International," "Eclipse Series," and "Midnight Series") are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Limited personal use (e.g., viewing for shopping) is permitted.
#### 6. User Content
- If you submit reviews, comments, or photos ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display it. You represent that your User Content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with these Terms.
- We may moderate or remove User Content at our discretion.
#### 7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
- **As-Is Basis**: The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- **Limitation of Liability**: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use or data) arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
- **Product Use**: Fishing gear is for recreational use. Follow all safety guidelines; we are not responsible for injuries or accidents.

#### 9. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
- Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Erath County, Texas. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
#### 10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
