### Shipping Policy  
U-Call International  

**Effective Date: November 21, 2025**

Thank you for shopping with U-Call International! We want you to know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.

#### Processing Time
- All orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST on a business day, or anytime on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

#### Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (after processing)
**Domestic (United States)**  
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days  
- Expedited Shipping (available at checkout): 2–3 business days  

**International**  
- Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).  
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

#### Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. You will see the exact shipping charge before completing your purchase.

#### Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

#### Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the United States and most international countries.  
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for oversized items (certain rod lengths).  
- We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain regions due to carrier limitations or legal requirements.

#### Risk of Loss
All items purchased from U-Call International are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

#### Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:  
1. Check your tracking information first.  
2. Contact us at caden@u-callinternational.com or (208) 704-0125.  
We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a resolution.

#### Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
