### Return & Refund Policy  
U-Call International  

**Effective Date: November 21, 2025**

#### Return Eligibility
- You may return unused, undamaged products in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of use, wear, dirt, fish slime, scratches, or missing components.

#### 60-Day Defect Warranty
- If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 60 days of delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund it (including return shipping costs) at our discretion.

#### Non-Returnable Items
- Any item that has been used  
- Custom-built or personalized rods  
- Clearance or final-sale items (marked as such at purchase)  
- Items missing original packaging or components

#### How to Request a Return
1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

2. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.  
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or we made an error).  
4. Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the package.

#### Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.  
- Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items or our error).  
- If free shipping was provided on the original order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

#### Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item according to this policy and place a new order.
