Cancellation Policy

  • If you choose to cancel your order for any reason, prior to shipping, you will receive your full purchase refund.


  • If your product has shipped and is in route, but not yet delivered, your refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping.


  • If your order qualifies for free shipping, the refund will be reduced by the actual shipping cost of your order.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 calendar days from date of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original package and condition.  Your product must be returned in the original packaging and must include a copy of your receipt.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is delivered defective or incorrect.

Shipping

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location.
